The Envirotech Team
President- Mr. Shawn Ward
Area of focus: planning, direction and development- co-founder and working manager of Envirotech CO2 Blasting –“The Next Generation of Industrial Cleaning”.  Shawn will coordinate and consult with the management board of Envirotech.

VP Administration- Ms. Faye Nontell
Faye manages the office.  She is the account manager, runs the budget  and is in charge of the general organization of the company.  

VP Finance- Mr. Terry Wrishko
Terry does collections and structured finance. He is responsible for the financing operations of the company. He provides excellence and expertise in managing risk and loss prevention and contributes to general success of the company by managing Corporate Goals with loan currency, reducing risk while achieving minimal delinquency. He advises on policy/procedures,  and build relationships with third parties that are critical to the success of  Envirotech CO2.  In 2007, Terry contributed in excess of 100 hours of volunteer hours in the community with Hockey Regina, Regina Baseball & Regina Minor Football.

VP Corporate - Mr. Darin Slaferek
Returning to university following his employment with Alberta Power, as a Technologist in 1996, Darin graduated from the University of Lethbridge, with a Bachelor of Management degree, with  Great Distinction in 1998. He continued his post-secondary education and graduated from the University of Alberta law school in 2001. After practicing primarily criminal defence, civil litigation and corporate law, two years later he continued his law practice as a sole practitioner, focusing on criminal defence, civil litigation and corporate law. Darin joined Moreau & Co. in 2006, conducts trials in both the Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench and has prepared Factums for the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Darin is responsible for all things legal pertaining to Envirotech CO2. Darin is the President of the Western Canadian Disabled Fishing Association and is a past Director of the Canadian Paraplegic Association.

VP Operations- Mr. James Ward
James is an owner of Envirotech Dry Ice Blasting LTD He is responsible for managing assets and all proprietary activity and currently serves as the CEO of International Rubber Products Ltd. based in Edmonton.

VP Business Development- VACANT

VP Information Systems- Mr. Scott Perreault
Directs, plans and manages internal operations of the Envirotech Technology Center (ETC), directs and coordinates information systems and telecommunications services with clients and subsidiary interests. Contributes to general business planning regarding technology and systems required to maintain company operations and competitiveness. Recognizes new developments in information systems technology, and anticipates organizational modifications. Establishes long-term needs for information systems, and plans strategy for developing systems and acquiring hardware to meet application needs. Ensures confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information and intellectual property. As well provides highly technical and responsible staff assistance, promotes and organizes marketing plans, manages special projects and serves as department head.

VP Industrial- Mr. Doug Steinhubel. 
  Doug markets pre –insulated pipe to the Energy, Mining and Municipal sectors of Canada’s High North, (NWT, YK and Nunavut) Saskatchewan and Alberta. His U.S. responsibilities include Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California and Idaho. He is actively involved in specification work with the Engineering sector as well as managing distributors, Agents and developing new business and markets. Doug’s contacts in industry will prove a key resource.   He is responsible for materials management and will serve Envirotech CO2 as Alberta industry liaison.

VP Academic- Ms. Crina Viju
Crina is an associate professor at the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Regina.  She plans, designs and conducts research to assist in understanding the major global issue of climate change. She advises the management board of Envirotech CO2 regarding the effects of existing regulatory environmental policies on the business' activity. She analyzes and forecasts the possible outcomes of different changes that can take place at the policy level. This work might involve cost-benefit analysis and other analytical tools.  Crina is as well responsible for presenting the policy development by providing economic and technology based solutions. She maintains the news feed, which will outline the main issues related to domestic and international policy regarding climate change and the latest advancements in GHG emissions reduction' solutions.
